POSITION SCOPE AND PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for labeling and filling of syringes and bottles, assembly of dental product kits, assembly and repair of Vista equipment, and mixing batches of solutions while maintaining strict adherence to specifications according to the procedures and documentation that has been established with strict adherence to the Quality Manual System Manufacturing Standards and Procedures in accordance with ISO 13485.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Following ISO Manufacturing Standards and Procedures
Labeling and filling syringes and bottles
Assembly of dental product kits
Assemble, troubleshoot and repair devices utilizing drills, vices and other small hand tools as necessary
Experience with some soldering
Work closely with the Group Lead to ensure proper paperwork is upheld
Mixing batches of solutions
Keeping your assigned work area clean
Assisting with the cleanliness of the entire solutions area
Verify materials and quantities match to Work Order and BOM
Follow written Manufacturing Procedures
Follow required Quality and Safety policies and procedures
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a detail oriented, fast-paced worker
Basic mathematical, (English) reading, writing and comprehension skills
Must be able to sit and/or stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift
Must be able to adapt to new processes and procedures
Must be able to communicate and understand oral instructions
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education requirements: High School diploma preferred; GED accepted
Minimum experience: 6-12 months experience in production/assembly required
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This is a first shift Monday through Friday position located in a warehouse environment; periodic overtime required.
