Trigo is looking for a Production Assembler in Lafayette, Indiana.\n

Overall Purpose\n

Perform manual labor assembly\/sub-assembly of parts along a production line or in a production area. Assembler may work alone or part of a team. Assembler will operate and when able assist in troubleshooting production line machinery and computers. \n

Reports to\n

Direct\u202f: Site Manager\/Supervisor Indirect\u202f: Area Manager\/ Director of Operations\n

Responsibilities\n\nUse visual inspection techniques to verify quality of product\n\n\nCommunicate with other team members and shifts\n\n\nResponsible for assembling components with the use of standard operating procedures (SOPs)\n\n\nMaintain a clean, safe work area free of foreign materials\n\n\nSafely use any special tooling and lifting devices provided\n\n\nMove finished assembles and place in shipping container free of damage\n\n\nParticipate in training and cross-training efforts as needed\n\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\n
