Proper installation of mechanical components based on specifications, schematics and assembly drawings providedUse of hand and power toolsTroubleshoot, inspect proper configuration, rework, repair and testing as required.Provide support to the Production LeadStudy assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, schematics, and parts listsGather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials required for the jobPosition parts and tools by using templates or reading measurementsAssemble components by examining connections for correct fitUtilize hand held tools and other mechanical equipmentVerify specifications by measuring completed productResolve assembly issues or product defects by notifying supervisorRework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changesKeep equipment operational by following manufacturers and departmental instructions, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, calling for repairs or repairing the equipment with supervisors approvalMaintain safe and clean working environment according to OSHA and as instructed by the manager to comply with procedures, rules, and regulationsConserve resources by using appropriate time and energy on equipment and supplies to accomplish job resultsDocument actions and issues by completing production or quality formsContribute, support, and be a team player by accomplishing related tasks as neededPerform additional duties that may be given or assigned from time to time or as needed due to the demand of businessPerform cross training for other production competencies as requested by the companyWork longer hours as neededObserve all company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism and good performance

You must be able to work efficiently alone and with a team, must be punctual and productive. Experience working in a fast pace with minimum supervision is key. Recent graduates are acceptable but must be trainable and willing to learn. Applicant must be able to read basic and complexed diagrams & schematics.


Note: You will be working in a non climate regulate facility. Spaces with in the aircraft bridge could be confined. Area could be loud when production is occurring.

Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Able to Lift 40 pounds Drug Test Stand for Shift Duration Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.00 - $22.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
