A Production Assembler position is available in Temperance, MI at MI Windows and Doors. You must be able to perform tasks as assigned in the construction of windows and patio doors in all phases of assembly.  This is a heavy lifter position that will require lifting 50 to 75 pounds throughout the shift.  In addition to meeting departmental manufacturing goals, safety, accuracy, and efficiency are key elements to your performance. 

This position pays $18.00 an hour with the shift Monday through Friday starting at 6:00 am and working an 8 to 11 hour shift with the potential of overtime on Saturdays.

Qualifications:

One year of similar work experience (Assembly, Manufacturing and/or Warehouse) Mechanical aptitude including ability to read a tape measure Experience with hand and power tools High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to read and write in English Ability to perform basic math skills Forklift certification desired. Excellent oral communication skills and interpersonal abilities Able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
