JSG is hiring Production Assemblers - Must have soldering experience to join our growing team in Orange, CA! This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with excellent pay and potential for overtime.

Position Details:
Pay: $23 - $25/hr (DOE)

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Mon-Fri) – Overtime available

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Mon-Thurs) – Overtime available

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble products based on detailed work instructions and blueprints

Perform precise soldering tasks to ensure quality and functionality of products

Wire assembling, including accurate routing and securing of wiring

Inspect components for defects using a microscope or magnifying tools

Follow IPC-610J standards for quality control and assembly procedures

Test assembled products to ensure they meet specifications

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Participate in team meetings and offer input on process improvements

Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times

Assist in training new team members as needed

Support production goals and work to meet deadlines

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient in IPC-610J standards for electronic assembly

Strong experience with wire assembly and soldering

Comfortable using microscopes and other precision tools

Attention to detail with the ability to work independently

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions

Previous experience in production assembly is a plus
