We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our Fiberglass Windows department. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing of high-quality fiberglass windows. This position requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing superior products.

The hourly compensation is $22.00, plus $2.00 shift differential. Monday through Friday with a start time of 3:30 p.m.

Production Assembler job responsibilities and requirements include:

Assemble fiberglass window components according to work orders and established procedures. Operate hand and power tools such as drills, saws, screwdrivers, and pneumatic fastening equipment. Install hardware, weather strip, and other components with precision. Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications. Identify and report any defects or discrepancies. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals. May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate! Ability to read and interpret work orders and diagrams. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
