Responsible for working with metal sheets and assembling, fitting small parts to complete sub-assemblies, or completed units at a workstation and conveyor. Will require ability to work with assembly machinery including riveting equipment, automated staplers and operate small hand tools This is a Full-Time, Hourly position. We’re hiring for 1st Shift (6am-2pm), Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime. **Essential functions** + Set-up and operate machines + Load and unload machines/may be assisted with automation + Ability to log into operational steps in company ERP Systems. + Work closely with Assembly Leadership + Operate manual or material handling equipment to stage, move raw materials and finished products to various working areas + Ability to move wheeled carts, bins and other within the designated work areas + Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production issues when machine is down to meet schedules + Perform routine maintenance as needed + Inspect product quality as required to minimize errors + Verify material is correct and conforming + Scrap materials as needed + Clean work areas as required + Will be cross trained to complete various tasks within the warehouse and shop as needed + Dependability + Being physically present at the worksite + Organize and maintain material in work area (i.e., free of trash, product neat and orderly, etc.). **Experience/Skills** + Assembly machinery and small hand tools + Ability to be flexible in finding solutions in changing environment preferred + Excellent organizational skills + Ability to work in a diverse culture + Troubleshooting abilities + Ability to communicate and receive instructions in English + Ability to work independently + Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. + Ability to work overtime when needed \#zip EEO Employer – Veterans and IWD are strongly encouraged to apply Labelmaster is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and we are committed to the concept and practice of equal opportunity and affirmative action in all aspects of employment.
