We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our print shop team. The Production Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our printing processes. This position involves a range of responsibilities related to print production, order processing, and quality control.
\n\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\nAssist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of various printing equipment.\nHandle material preparation, including loading paper, inks, and other supplies.\nCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production schedules.\nPerform quality checks to ensure the accuracy and quality of printed materials.\nAssist in troubleshooting and resolving minor equipment issues.\nHelp with the packaging and shipping of printed orders.\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold safety and efficiency standards.\nProcess and fulfill mail orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate handling.\nAssist with website maintenance, updating product listings, images, and descriptions.\nManage email correspondence related to print orders and customer inquiries.\nProvide exceptional customer service and support, addressing customer questions and concerns.\nFollow established procedures and best practices to maintain high-quality print standards.\nAccurately depositing checks into the appropriate business accounts.\nFulfill all mail deliveries to FedEx and the postal service.\nManages all onboarding of new client requests for Associa's Marketing Hub\nRegister new and existing Branch employees to Associa E-Certified Hub\n\n RequirementsQualifications:
\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (relevant technical education is a plus).\nPrevious experience in print production or a similar role is preferred but not required.\nBasic knowledge of printing processes and equipment is advantageous.\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.\nEffective problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team.\nBasic computer skills and the ability to navigate website content management systems.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nStrong communication skills to interact with team members and customers.\nAbility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines.\n\n#LI-LM1
