As a Production Assistant, you will be part of a collaborative team striving for excellence and continuous improvement in our high-quality heating cable production process.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Ensuring product quality via testing and visual inspection. Recording and maintaining test documentation with flawless accuracy. Performing rework operations to maintain exceptionally high standards. Filling in other areas as needed to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.

You are a self-starter who can prioritize your work and manage your time independently. You move from task to task seamlessly, growing in a fast-paced environment. You work well with a small team, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive culture. Your problem-solving skills and determination drive you to successfully implement solutions and achieve ambitious goals.

For This Role, You Will Need:

A high school diploma or equivalent experience is acceptable. Ability to work safely with potential electrical hazards. Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings. A dedication to maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future. 

Preferred Qualification That Set You Apart:

Previous manufacturing/quality experience is preferred, showcasing your proven ability to compete and excel in a production setting.
