Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is looking for a Production Associate to join their team in Pennsauken, NJ. This role is responsible for operating machinery, assembling and inspecting materials, and packaging goods in a cold/freezer environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, bilingual (Spanish/English) setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate presses, saws, punch press, drilling, tapping, deburring, and other machinesInspect materials and ensure parts meet customer specificationsRack, un-rack, and inspect parts through the anodizing lineFollow work orders and production priorities based on WIP reportsCheck machine condition before use and report mechanical issuesConfirm packaging weights and counts are accurateMaintain a safe and clean working environment in line with company policies

Requirements:

Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferredComfortable working in a freezer/cold climateStrong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to lift, stand, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsBilingual (Spanish/English) communication preferred

Pay & Schedule:

$17.00Wednesday to Saturday, 5:00 PM – 4:00 AM
