Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Associate to join their team in Medley, Florida. This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to varying temperatures, including cold storage areas below 40°F and production areas that may exceed 90°F. Employees may also encounter environmental changes such as heat, cold, dampness, and chemicals while working in the plant. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in physically demanding conditions and be committed to maintaining quality and safety standards.

The Day-to-Day:

Work in an environment with loud machinery and fast-moving conveyor beltsRemain in a stationary position for extended periods, often while seatedMove about the facility and between workstations as needed to complete tasksCommunicate clearly and effectively with team membersUse hands, wrists, and arms repetitively to handle products, operate equipment, and manage packagingReach with hands and arms to manage various production tools and controls

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalentAbility to stand for long periods (8+ hours) on the production floorAbility to communicate in Spanish and English is preferred, but not requiredMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a continuous basisWillingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by company policyAbility to work in a manufacturing environment requiring compliance with strict safety protocols

Pay Rate:

$15.91 to $16.45 per hour

Schedule:

5:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM (3–4 days per week, Sunday to Friday; 12-hour shifts)
