Our client, a manufacturing company specializing in custom wardrobe and glass products, is looking for a Production Associate to join their team in Valencia, California. This hands-on role involves assembling products, handling materials, inspecting quality, and supporting daily production tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Adhere to all safety regulations and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).Operate hand and power tools to complete product assembly.Safely handle and transport glass, mirror, and metal materials throughout the production area.Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times.Identify quality issues in parts and materials used in production.Report equipment malfunctions or concerns to the maintenance team.Work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.

Requirements:

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.Ability to use a measuring tape and read Job Travelers.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.Strong work ethic and reliability.
