Position Summary:

Responsible for producing quality product per production schedule with working knowledge of production equipment and operating safely within established guidelines.  Monday through Thursday schedule, 10-hour shifts: 1st shift: (6:30a-5:00p) and 2nd shift (8:30p-7:00a) occasional overtime as needed. 

 

Production Associate is responsible for producing quality product per production schedule with working knowledge of production equipment and operating safely within established guidelines.  

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Safety Operate all machinery for each line to which they are assigned. May be called upon to stack lines, hand-pack lines, palletize boxes, fork cups, or any other tasks deemed necessary by the Shift Supervisor. Safely perform duties assigned by supervisor or manager Maintain general housekeeping of the areas assigned. Assist in maintaining the quality of the product for the assigned area. Other duties as assigned by Production Supervisors or Production Manager.

Training Requirements: Food Safety, Food Security, Safety, HACCP as assigned to the area, and Pallet Jack Training.

Physical Demands: Able to lift 50 pounds or less repeatedly for ten hours and be able to remain standing 100% of the shift.   Must pass a functional capacity test prior to employment.
