Responsibilities Categorize electronic materials for processing. Use hand tools to dismantle products. Run baler and shrink wrapper machinery. Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure environment. Keep detailed records and report issues. Check materials and products for quality. Perform routine maintenance and report malfunctions. Collaborate: Work with team members to achieve production goals. Resolve Issues: Address and fix production problems. Improve Processes: Suggest enhancements for efficiency and safety. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experienced in Manufacturing, heavy industrial, or construction preferred. Experienced in Use of hand, air, and power tools is a must. Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs. Basic warehouse management systems (WMS) knowledge. Operation of balers and shrink wrappers. Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability. Employment Details Salary: $18.50HR - $19.25HR Benefits: 40 hours weekly, Contract, Full-time, Onsite Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday Other: 6 months contract, possibility of extension or becoming permanent.
