Our client, a leading provider of supply chain solutions is looking to hire a Production Associate for their location in Lakewood, WA. The ideal candidate must be able to understand and operate automated machinery – touchscreen and switch panels. Responsibilities include loading and unloading Returnable Plastic Containers (RPCs) from the production line for processing.

The Day-to-Day:

Inspect RPCs for quality and remove any waste material, stickers, tags, damaged RPCs, and non-company branded RPCs from the production line.Monitor processing of RPCs through the line and adjust input or output as needed to maximize throughputEnsure the finished product is stacked neatly and of high qualityMonitor supplies or materials used for processing, repair damaged RPCs as appropriate, and sanitization of production line and equipment.Assist with document prep, filing, training, auditing, data entry, inventory counts, etcDemonstrate good understanding and comply with all the GMP standardsMaintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

High School DiplomaMust be able to understand and operate automated machinery – touchscreen and switch panelsMust be able to see labels on totes and inspect totes for quality concernsAbility to distinguish different totes, including color and sizeAbility to stand on a concrete floor 8-12 hours per day with the ability to lift up to 7lbs - 30lbs on a frequent and continuous basis.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$19.00 to $19.50 /hrMorning- Monday to Friday (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM)Swing- Monday to Thursday (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM)Nights- Sunday to Thursday (10:00 PM to 6:30 AM)
