Production Associate, New Albany, OH
Pay Rate: $19.25/hr
Shift: Day (1st) 7am - 3pm and 2nd Shift (2pm-10pm)

As a Production Associate, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. You will join a highly trained and skilled team of material processors and report to a Production Supervisor. Your work will directly affect people's lives!
Working conditions are second to none in the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. All work areas are heated and air-conditioned, and the work environment is clean and organized.
No previous experience or training required! On the job training is offered!
Key Responsibilities
Follow established procedures and guidelines to form a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process. Load materials into production machines. Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment. Inspect raw materials and finished product for quality. Remove, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products. Collect, and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organization's waste removal and recycling policies. Clean production equipment and work areas.Qualifications
Able to repeatedly lift up to 50lbs within a scheduled shift. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Proven history as being reliable and consistent with following attendance policies. Mechanically inclined with math and troubleshooting skills. Can make independent decision that follow company policies and procedures. Ability to detect inconsistencies and a keen eye for details.PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
