SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Comply with all company policies and procedures, including practicing safe work habits, maintaining organization, safe food defense and good manufacturing practices.
-Set-up rails, print stations, folding, gluing, and/or die cut section on the equipment accurately in accordance with proper and safe setup techniques.
-Inspect all tooling before and after run to ensure that any necessary repairs are made before the next run.
-Ensure all bolts for cutting dies and all plates are in place and tightly secured.
-Minimize material sheet, ink and adhesive waste.
-Inspect anilox rolls for damage, before and after each run.
-Monitor and check quality in accordance with the shop copy, including, but not limited to, loose liner, warp, dimensions, scoring, slotting, and print.
-Properly operate machine to run efficiently and produce quality products.
-Maximize the utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed.
-Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs. Complete daily and weekly equipment clean-ups. Be proactive in the maintenance of equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS
-HSD or GED required
-Ability to lift 50lbs regularly, up to 100lbs occasionally
-Ability to read a tape measure
-Some knowledge of lock out tag out procedures
pay : $15 -$ 22 based on experience
