**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** + As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for using hand tools and various machinery to assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies utilized in multiple fields. + You will perform quality checks on your work and use computers to access step-by-step instructions for each assembly task. **Responsibilities** + Assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches. + Operate production machinery to print on solder paste and smaller components. + Perform quality checks on assembled products before moving them to the next step. + Use computers to access and follow step-by-step assembly instructions. + Log into multiple programs simultaneously to access the correct instructions. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand tools and production machinery. + Basic computer operation skills. + Ability to perform quality checks. + Familiarity with assembly and soldering processes. **Why Work Here?** + You will work in a clean, climate-controlled facility maintained at 70 degrees year-round, ensuring a comfortable work environment. + The well-lit production floor features LED lighting and skylights. + We offer a $1000 referral bonus paid incrementally and have a patient training staff dedicated to your success.
