Production Associate
**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Production Associates. This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you will be responsible for unloading extrusion machines, coiling finished drainage pipes, and preparing products for shipment. We offer competitive pay and opportunities for long-term employment. **Responsibilities** + Unload extrusion machines that produce drainage pipes ranging from 3 inches to 30 inches in diameter. + Coil finished pipes on rolls and wind them up to approximately 25 feet in diameter. + Maintain a fast-paced work environment with machines producing 130 feet of pipe per minute across three machines. + Label products and prepare them for positioning in the yard. + Collaborate effectively within a team of 2-3 members. **Essential Skills** + Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift. + Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and push rolls weighing 100-200 lbs throughout the shift. + Basic physical endurance and motivation to perform manual labor. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Preferred, but not required, 1 year of general labor or manufacturing experience. + Experience in farm work is a plus. + Training is provided for those with little to no experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team and benefit from potential long-term employment opportunities.
