This role involves performing repetitive workstation or line assembly operations to mass-produce sheet metal components or assemble those components into a completed product. Duties include operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring quality standards are met. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a production environment and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:• Perform assembly-type functions using hand and/or power tools • Operate press brake to form flat sheets • Operate automatic fastening machines and devices • Read and use a tape measure accurately • Follow company safety and quality standards Qualifications and Requirements:• High School Diploma or GED preferred • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and drug screen • Ability to read, write, and understand job instructions in English • Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals Benefits and Perks:Pay Rate: $16 – $17 per hourMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Training and growth Your New Organization:Family-owned and operated business specializing in high-quality sheet metal products for the wholesale HVAC industry.
