Our Seattle, WA location is part of our Liquid Beverage division and creates sweet syrups and spicy sauce variations for Kerry customers and brands. What You'll Do:

 

Batchers stage and blend ingredients, package products, and COP all blending and packaging equipment during scheduled cleaning periods.  Follows established procedures in order to achieve QC approved products. They demonstrate leadership in the area of safety.  This requires observing and enforcing safety rules and practices, encouraging safe work behaviors, and promptly correcting conditions and unsafe behavior, which may lead to accidents. Continually endorse the Quality & Food Safety Policies, assure conformance to all requirements of the Quality & Food Safety Management Systems, & take action to properly report failures of these systems to site management. The Packaging Operator works with the team and reports to the Production Supervisor.

 

What You'll Need to Succeed:

 

High School graduate or equivalent required. Basic math skills, ability to calculate percentages. 1 yr. Manufacturing experience, preferably in a chemical or food processing facility. 6 mo. Prior lift truck operation and safety certification. Use of MS products required, SAP software preferred. Attend work as scheduled and availability to work overtime if needed.
