Production Associate - Level I (Disassembly/Cleaning and Inspection)

Pay Rate: $23/hr 
Schedule: Monday - Friday (1st shift)

Are you mechanically inclined and looking to build your career in manufacturing? We are hiring a Production Associate - Level I to join our team! This is a hands-on opportunity to work with high-horsepower diesel engines in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in the teardown, cleaning, and inspection of engine components.

Operate machines and production equipment safely and efficiently.

Rotate through different stages of production to prepare parts for the next phase.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Perform routine equipment maintenance and identify any needed repairs.

Mechanical competency and experience with engines.

Ability to learn new skills and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and hand tool knowledge.
