**DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for a talented **Production Associate - Level IV** to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Ladson, SC.

**Education/Experience:**
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Additional Information:**
+ Safety focused, with knowledge of pinch points, ergo high-risk areas and 5S procedures.
+ Responsible for production testing of turbochargers based on customer priority which requires monitoring of test cells to ensure the machines are running in accordance with existing test procedures.
+ Ability to manage daily workload with primary responsibility for achieving the successful completion of test work, seeking assistance as necessary (Knowledge and proper execution of the escalation procedure)
+ Good mechanical fitting and problem-solving skills; an understanding of engineering hardware is a plus.
+ Responsible for documentation of key metrics, which includes cell usage and downtime.
+ Responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance on test cells
**Compensation:**
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
