Estimated annual base pay: $17.50-$21.88(midpoint)-$26.25

10% shift differential for AWS First shift

Are you ready to make your mark?   We are currently looking for Associate Machinists. Associate Machinist reports to the manufacturing supervisor and is responsible for setting up operating and maintaining a limited number of machine types, in an industrial setting. The position works under a high level of supervision, limited troubleshooting, decision-making and problem solving. This is for a Frist Shift AWS career typically starting at 5am-5pm Friday-Sunday

What You Will Be Doing 

Document non-conforming material according to procedures participate in activities to implement root cause and corrective actions identified.

Utilize work instructions and method documents to produce and inspect machines parts.

Clean and maintain measuring instruments and test equipment and inspects parts for cleanliness (e.g., routed and deburring operations). Operates inspection equipment.

Perform routed operations of parts.

Follows all departmental safety rules and regulations.

What We Are Looking For 

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Moderate physical activity requiring agility and dexterity, including walking, standing, or bending; and lifting or moving objects. 

Work is performed in an area with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gear.

May be required to pass Near Vision and/or Color Vision examinations.
