**Kelly Now Hiring-Production Associates- 2nd Shift** **Job Summary:** Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate on the 2nd shift! We are seeking motivated individuals who are ready to contribute to our manufacturing processes and ensure the highest quality standards. This role is essential in helping us meet production goals while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. If you thrive in a team-oriented setting and are eager to grow your skills, we want to hear from you! **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. - Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met. - Assist in the assembly and packaging of products. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Collaborate with team members to meet production targets. - Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors. - Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. **Qualifications & Skills:** - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus. - Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [weight limit] pounds. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
