Location/Division Specific Information

US - Pittsburgh, PA. This role includes a hybrid schedule working both in the office and remotely.

Discover Impactful Work:Coordinate the flawless management and coordination of assigned customer production program accounts.Complete, review, and submit the customer requirements playbook into the Quality System, ensuring accurate documentation.Develop and present customer-facing Scope of Work documents and MS Project Plans, rigorously adhering to timelines.Serve as the point of contact for scope changes and modifications, both with the customer and internal teams.Coordinate documentation requirements with the Production Program team, including Inventory Planning, Quality, Customer Service, and Supplier Management.Drive escalation process and ensure results across functional areas to meet detailed requirements.Conduct continuous reviews of production parts and stocking strategies to optimize performance.Collaborate tightly with the customer’s inventory planning and forecasting teams to determine and meet needs.Lead periodic program reviews with customers, including on-site visits as necessary.Document customer-specific and functional SOPs and process flows.Manage customer-facing metrics and business reviews related to the production program.Coordinate internal service level agreements and provide progress reports to collaborators on overall program status.Work closely with sales, customer service, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure balanced operations.Leverage continuous improvement methodologies and analytical tools to drive people, process, and technology improvements.

Keys to Success:

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience and education.

Experience

3+ years of relevant business experience in operations, customer implementation, supply chain, sales, marketing, product management, quality, or customer service preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies and related analytical tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).Understanding of industry/global quality system standards and regulations (ISO 13485, FDA cGMP preferred).Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively express ideas and communicate with employees and sales teams.Outstanding organizational skills to ensure Service Level Agreements are met.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Fisher Scientific Mainframe.
