Decription:
\r\nJob Summary
\r\nQualified candicate will be responsible for managing various reports that keep truck of produt status. Gathering and necessary top and maintain various reports, graphs . and charts. Auditing, typing, copyng, distributing, and filling various reports, graphs, charts, memorandums, letters, etc. for various members of plant mananagement. Assisting in the documentation of product specification an priority meetings. Additional duties as assigned by management or other designated support staff.

Essential Funcitions:
\r\nComplete production reports daily / weekly; creating daily, weekly, monthly charts, graphs, and reports.
\r\nWork directly with all supervisors on document control requirements as needed.
\r\nMaintain all BRC, Animal Welfare, CAR records and all audits.
\r\nUnderstanding and assist in Sr. Staff member supporting documents for auditing and regulatory requirements.
\r\nMaintain preparedness and written reporting for Sr. Staff and key plant meetings.
\r\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
\r\nStrong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, NWA
\r\nelf-Motivated Team player
\r\nStrong Analytical skills with desire to understand the food business.
\r\nFlexible work schedule that includes weekends
\r\nEducation and Experience
\r\nHigh school diploma
\r\nPrefer 1 -3 years of experience in a clerical role or equivalent manufacturing experience.
