Job Title: Production Clerk
Job Description

The Production Clerk is responsible for monitoring and controlling various production-related duties, including daily inventory management, railcar and trucking shipments, appointment scheduling, and product control level reporting. The role also involves handling Title V reporting, production data input, and additional tasks as specified by the Plant Manager. The position supports and enforces SQF/QA, GMP, Safety policies, and procedures, ensuring food safety and quality are upheld.

ResponsibilitiesReport to and follow directions from the Plant Manager.Complete and maintain weekly reports, proficiently using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.Keep management updated on warehouse operations through verbal and written communications.Complete all paperwork neatly, correctly, and file appropriately.Compile and track data from daily Production History Reports.Maintain a running track of production on both P6 and P7 dryers.Perform entry of emissions data into the Title V database program.Prepare and present monthly Title V data to the Plant Manager and submit Annual and Semi-Annual Title V documentation.Create purchase orders for new footwear requests and manage inventory of shoes and overshoes kept on-site.Assist with the ordering of supplies and packaging, and work with outside vendors.Assist Supervisors with payroll review and collect documents for submission.Provide support services to other departments, including HR, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Safety, and Warehouse as needed.Follow all safety and working rules.Maintain a positive attitude and contribute towards a quality environment.Ensure excellent regular full-time attendance to support company objectives.Use initiative and judgment in making decisions in the company's best interests.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsProficiency in data entry and document control.Experience in inventory control and administrative support.Skills in shipping and receiving, customer service, and administrative assistance.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Email, SAP, Inventory, Administration, Excel data entry, and ERP systems.Ability to troubleshoot problems and persist until a solution is found.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsA high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is preferred.Intermittent computational skills required.Math reasoning skills are necessary.Work Environment

The position requires working Monday through Friday from 3 am to 11:30 am in a warehouse office located next to the production environment. The role demands adherence to safety procedures and the use of appropriate safety equipment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
