Production Control Administrator
A reputable manufacturing company located in Western Montana is expanding its team and is in search of a Production Control Administrator. With a strong track record spanning 40 years, this company has been producing high-quality precision products that have gained recognition nationwide.
The Production Control Administrator will be responsible for managing and tracking the status of ongoing production projects, ensuring the availability of accurate documentation at each workstation, and supporting production teams in maintaining smooth and efficient operations. Salary: $55,000 to $70,000, depending on experience

Essential Functions and Duties: Maintain and provide daily status of projects in process to keep the Manufacturing Manager informed Review and ensure complete and accurate documentation is present at each workstation or project area Assist Production Coordinators with updates to production routings and work instructions, and provide support and training to team members Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of document updates Address materiel issues encountered during production to keep projects on schedule Manage and track work orders and material transfers in ACCESS database Ensure the proper and timely closure of work orders in relevant databases Review and report production tooling and fixturing issues to the Manufacturing Manager
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education in related field, AAS degree preferred A minimum of three years’ experience in electronics assembly production Five years’ experience and previous lead or supervisory experience is preferred Ability to demonstrate effective communications and technical skills in a manufacturing environment Must have the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Outlook and an understanding of MRP systems Must be able to lift and carry parts and kit tubs for short distances (may weigh up to 50 pounds)
