ManTech is seeking a skilled, professional and service-oriented **Production Control Supervisor II** to join our vehicle sustainment team. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Agriculture Cleaning and African Swine Fever Sanitization (ACAS) program. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** + Production Control Supervisor typically performs all functional duties independently. + Provides guidance or direction to production personnel, working independently with minor minimal supervision or guidance. + Inspects work in progress and record observations. + Prepares corrective action plans based on data, observations, and reports. + Submits recommendations for any required training to improve quality control processes or skills to correct identified deficiencies. + Assists in maintaining compliance requirements across multiple production projects at various frequencies. **Required Qualifications** : + Must obtain or already have an active Germany/E.U. Work VISA to be considered. + Ability to meet the government deployment physical requirements, if needed. + Three (3) to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree. + Proven maintenance, repair and technical experience and background in industrial manufacturing, commercial maintenance or military operations or maintenance. + Mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills to diagnose, align, and repair failed and damaged systems. + Proven communicator in verbal and written disciplines. + Ability to provide formal, over-the-shoulder, and on-the-spot training to contractor and unit personnel. + Experience with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite. + Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening. + Must have a High School Diploma or GED. **Clearance Requirements:** + Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel. + Must be able to push, pull, and reach. + Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard for long periods of time.
