Production Controller- Yavne site- Israel
We are looking for a Production Controller Analyst to support our operations site in Yavne, Israel.

 

This role will involve working closely with the management team in an international environment within the medical device industry, and you will be involved in various financial processes.

We expect you to build professional relationships with different teams and support financial tasks such as pricing, cost analysis, business planning, and financial reporting. In addition, you will assist with the monthly closing process. This role also includes collaborating with the production team and management on financial and economic matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Support cost analysis processes and financial reporting to the production management team. Assist in the preparation of financial reports for the production site, including data preparation and financial analysis. Help in the preparation of monthly reports and conduct ongoing financial reconciliations. Assist in managing ERP data, ensuring the accuracy of inventory and COGS reports. Help analyze production costs, variances, and absorption. Assist in preparing various financial analyses for operational teams and management. Support the coordination and examination of business processes with other departments such as Engineering, Production, Distribution, and Marketing.

Job Requirements:

 

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in economics or finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Basic understanding of pricing methodologies and cost analysis. Fundamental understanding of accounting principles and financial policies. Experience working with ERP systems and the ability to analyze financial data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Willingness to learn and develop in the financial field.  

Preferred Qualifications:

CMA (Certified Management Accountant) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is an advantage. Some domestic and/or international travel may be required.
