Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Production Controller who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial aspects of the production process. This role involves budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and ensuring that production operations are financially efficient and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Role is a key part of the Controlling team that assists with decision-making and navigation within the organization to LPG and Division Controller.The work model for the role is: hybridKey Responsibilities:•\tDevelop and manage production budgets while monitoring and controlling costs.•\tPrepare and analyze financial reports, including variance analysis and recommendations.•\tMonitor production expenses, conduct cost audits, and implement cost-saving strategies.•\tOversee inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams for efficiency.•\tCreate financial forecasts and align production schedules with business goals.•\tEnsure compliance with financial regulations, mitigate risks, and uphold company policies.•\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and support initiatives.•\tIdentify and implement process improvements to optimize financial and production performance.

Qualifications for the role

\tExperience in financial management and production control.\tAdvanced SAP knowledge (PP, MM, CO, QM, PM, SD, FICO) and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.\tStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\tProactive approach to process improvements and change management.\tVery good knowledge of English language
