About the Position: Red River Army Depot (RRAD) is located in northeast Texas, 19 miles west of Texarkana and approximately 170 miles northeast of Dallas. Responsibilities Review shop operations to determine defected data. Communicate with depot officials on off-schedule conditions and downtime discrepancies that may affect production's productivity. Provide on the job training to new hires by established procedures and practices. Provide feedback to supervisor on employee performance-based issues and training needs of subordinate employees. Analyze data concerning labor, parts, costs, production requirements, schedules, etc. to validate program expenditures. Review weekly program analysis to determine and recommend additional actions. Develop production schedules based on work centers' capacities. Release production orders to shop floor.
