This National Guard position is for a PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (FLEET MANAGEMENT), Position Description Number PDD2421000 and is part of the 109TH AW, National Guard. This vacancy does not meet the criteria for appointment of annuitants. THIS IS AN INDEFINITE APPOINTMENT. Responsibilities As the PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (FLEET MANAGEMENT) for host and subordinate units; ensuring the efficient and effective utilization and maintenance of vehicles and equipment (i.e., refueling vehicles, fire trucks, materiel handling equipment, de-icing, snow removal, aircraft towing, tactical, construction equipment, and DOMOPS vehicles). Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Military Grades: Enlisted GENERAL EXPERIENCE: You must meet the following General Experience requirement 1 year equivalent to at least next lower grade level, education or training which indicates the candidate can reason in quantitative terms, communicate orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner, understanding the terminology and data pertaining to repair operations and process characteristics of the production activity. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: You must meet the following Specialized Experience requirement 1 year equivalent to at least next lower grade level experience, education or training scheduling workflow in more than one area and responsible for coordinating products or materials from support activities. Experience in performing or supervising journeyman level work in a production facility. Experience preparing job or work orders; scheduling various phases of projects into the production facility; following up to see if work is progressing as planned and arranging for adjustments in materials, machine processes, and work sequencing allowing for changes.
