Ensure the production floor is fully staffed.
Ensures the production team meets scheduled goals.
Coordinate quantity of materials needed for orders.
Ensures Repack lines run by the plan.
Ensures the Repack crew is performing efficiently and on time.
Ensures Repack Input/Output are entered in software.
Sample the repacked boxes to ensure weight as well as quality.
Maintain accurate timing for production lines
Creates production plans
Communicate any schedule changes.
Communicate with the Warehouse Manager for the production plan (daily)
Communicate with the QC Supervisor (daily)
Communicate with the Logistics Supervisor (daily)
Communicate with Corporate (daily)
Work Experience
Strong communication skillsCritical thinking skillsProblem-solvingProficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook)Fluent in English (speak, read, write)Minimum 2 years in a produce warehouseAbility to work under pressureMust be able to lift to 40lbsAbility to move/walk for long periods.
