Production Coordinator - Freddie Mac and Servicing

Main Responsibilities Include:

Oversee and coordinate all office activities and facilitate day-to-day operations.Identify and implement improvements to existing processes to ensure efficient office operations.Provide administrative and production support including typing correspondence/memos, scanning & filing loan documents, using e-mail blasts, assemble various reports and presentations, and handling phone calls.Schedule appointments, conference calls and set itineraries for Senior Director’s external and internal meetings.Make travel arrangements, reservations and process expense reports for all team members.Assist Managing Director, Closers, and Analysts with the preparation of closing deals.Prepare, track and send essential loan documents to the recipient in a timely manner.Provide receptionist relief duties.Provide backup for processing requests from the group email box, including collection of financials, forwarding to the appropriate Asset Manager, providing site contacts and inputting into our core system of record.Aid with reporting on natural disasters with assistance from the insurance team and tracking in core system of record.Any other duties requested by Managers, including sending overnight packages.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Excellent organizational, grammatical, and time-management and communication (verbal & written) skills.Full working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Office 2010 version). Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize work requests. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to follow deal process from conceptualization to final submission.
