As part of IGT’s Global Manufacturing Operations, the Production Coordinator III will play a critical role in keeping daily production on track and ensuring compliance with established work standards. By coordinating activities, managing resources, and resolving workflow issues, they help maintain efficiency across operations. This role works closely with multiple departments to troubleshoot problems, track materials, and implement process improvements. Leveraging Lean manufacturing principles, the Coordinator enhances quality, reduces waste, and supports on-time delivery. Their efforts directly impact IGT’s ability to produce high-quality gaming products efficiently, reinforcing the company’s commitment to excellence and reliability in the industry.
+ Coordinate production operations, resolve workflow issues, and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards to drive efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
+ Manage daily line-level administrative activities, including expediting staged bins/RFCs, handling shortages, mixed and missing items, pass-down reporting, and shift transitions.
+ Collaborate with internal customers and cross-functional teams—including Manufacturing Engineering, MRB, MES, Production Control, Logistics, and Master Scheduling—to troubleshoot and resolve order or process issues.
+ Work closely with Management to provide input on process improvements and projects.
+ Track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor production performance.
+ Apply Lean concepts such as 5S, COPQ, pull vs. push, line flow, and waste elimination while actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
+ Associate’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
+ Understanding of SAP and MES in relation to manufacturing production orders, inventory controls, and logistics functions.
+ Strong knowledge of quality control processes, with the ability to enforce and uphold production quality standards.
+ Experience with Successive Inspection (SI), First Pass Yield, and PZD performance metrics.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly, lead discussions, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
+ Must be eligible to obtain a Nevada Gaming Control Board gaming card.

_At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation for this position is $22/hr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable._
