As a Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing production workflows, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting the development of great content across owned, earned, shared, and paid channels. You’ll thrive in translating creative ideas into actionable plans, working closely with teams to ensure productions are delivered on time and at the highest quality.

**Core Responsibilities**
+ Drive multiple product and brand content productions from initial briefing to delivery
+ Partner and support your Strategic, Creative and Production counterparts in Our LEGO® Agency (OLA) on your assigned social and content productions, ensuring an effective and impactful delivery, that is on-brief, on-time, on-budget.
+ Accountability of individual projects – development of detailed scopes, accurate forecasting, budget and financial responsibility, support and advise on resource planning to ensure efficiency, as well as after action reviews (AAR) and quarterly experience reviews
+ Ensure the smooth day-to-day running and management of your projects including detailed planning and documentation.
+ Develop positive relationships with our direct product and/or brand-owner, and key heads of departments in OLA
+ Securing the necessary involvement of OLA Hubs to ensure that regional needs are being met and that regional amplification of our activations continues in line with global strategy and concept.
+ Ensure clear communication across projects to all key partners, keeping them informed across the production.

Our LEGO® Agency (OLA) is the internal creative agency at the LEGO® Group. OLA is responsible for driving communication and content experiences through the development and execution of global campaigns and content from the LEGO Group, as well as bringing to life new media experiences and activating local tactics across the brand’s portfolio of play experiences.
**Do** **you** **have** **what** **it** **takes?**
+ A film school degree, industry-related education or equivalent experience
+ Proven experience within a studio/creative agency
+ Strong communication, and collaboration skills
+ Strong business writing skills that include executive summaries, memos, pre-reads, briefs, and presentation materials.
+ Can-do attitude and comfortable working at all levels of the organization.
+ Maturity and ability to exercise high level of discretion with sensitive information.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Advance business proficiency and fluency in English is a must. Experience in presentation is a bonus.
+ Advance skills in Microsoft Office, project management tools are required.
+ Travel may be required
