Moulding Operations area focuses primarily in efficiently producing elements with high quality in a safe environment, detecting opportunity areas in the processes and working to improve them to achieve better results.
Our key focus: Keep or increase our Efficiency while ensuring high quality and a safe environment.
**_Temporal Position (1 year)._**
**Core Responsibilities:**
+ Report all kinds of incidents taking place in LOM immediately to relevant authorities.
+ Follow established guidelines according to Safety Policies applicable within the LEGO Group.
+ Active participation in drills and activities related to the Safety scope carried out within the Facility.
+ Support Audit Processes and align with ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and OSHAS 18001 requirements.
+ Tracking of Important metrics (KPI’s)
+ Secure adequate resources in the team for the accomplishment of the production plan.
+ Respond efficiently to changes in Production plans.
+ Make sure the Moulding Production area aligns with established safety, quality and cost.
+ Participate in daily production meetings and PPS analysis and its tracking.
+ Participate in all kinds of activities related to LEAN assigned by manager.
+ Support Audit Processes.
+ Support supervisor in 5’s corrective actions and findings of Safety GLS.
+ Aid supervisor in corrective actions of the audit process, external claims.
+ Be accountable of additional tasks assigned by Manager.
+ Responsibility to manage production floor if Supervisor isnot in premises
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
+ 1 year of experience in manufacturing jobs (related to plastic desirable), basic experience in administration.
+ Command of production processes, Proactive, interpersonal relationships, tools to solve problems in a practical way, verbal and written communication, analytic and leadership.
+ IT competencies: PC Intermediate, Office Skills, Lean Tools.
+ English Intermediate - Level
**Note: This position is based at our LEGO Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores, NL This is not a remote position.**
