The Production Design Support is responsible for supporting the America’s Production Design Team through the creation of production design deliverables. The role will report directly to a Manila-based Production Design Supervisor and will utilize branded templates to create, manage, and edit high-quality production design materials in support of new and existing business opportunities. Production Design Specialists will coordinate with their Supervisor to ensure the timely completion of requests that align with brand standards.Job Description
About the Role:
Under general direction, complete template-based, production design deliverables such as proposals, presentations, flyers, and brochuresEffectively utilize Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Adobe InDesign to execute requests in a manner aligned with template directions and Cushman and Wakefield brand standardsCommunicate effectively with Supervisors and peer Specialists to understand assigned tasks, requestor expectations, and timelinesMaintain an eagerness to expand individual skillsets through utilizing company resources and leaning into areas of improvementIdentify areas of improvement throughout the team, and escalate ideas/solutions accordinglyAbout You:
Graduate of a multimedia design courseDemonstrate creative development and production skillsFluent in Microsoft Office, competent with InDesign, and familiarity with creating and managing email marketing campaignsExcellent time management skills with the ability to shift priorities quickly based on team needsHighly organized, with the ability to work on multiple tasks daily while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs)Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
