About this role 

Udemy is hiring a Production Designer for our Brand & Creative  team. This person will be
a highly motivated, detail-oriented team player who believes in the mission and purpose of Udemy. They will be experienced in all facets of digital marketing production. This role will partner with the Sr. Production Manager to plan, execute, and manage all work streams that involve the delivery of Udemy’s channel marketing visual assets. They will also work closely with other members of the Brand & Creative team including Design, Video, Copy teams.

What you'll be doing Works closely with the Production Manager to deliver all channel marketing
assets as needed, according to campaign or promotion specs Utilize production platforms to build and save marketing brand assets Ensure that all projects are completed on time, with excellence and high-quality  Help to maintain an efficient QA process by following established workflows Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors as needed for projects Troubleshoot production obstacles/challenges to avoid missing campaign deadlines Assist in the creation of production templates, guidelines, standards, etc. as needed Communicate with marketing stakeholders when necessary to define/clarify projects Create file folders and naming structures to store all promotion and campaign assets Help create efficiency and speed for both Brand & Creative as well as stakeholders What you’ll have 5+  years of experience doing marketing production; either in-house, at an agency, etc.  Understanding of marketing channel production challenges, requirements, and best practices  Knowledge of both digital and print-based marketing production deliverables Solid understanding of international marketing needs / localization requirements Familiarity with production/design platforms (Creatopy, Canva, Frontify, etc.) Experience working with both internal teams as well as external agency partners/vendors A can-do attitude without ego and a willingness to juggle project priorities as needed Level head under pressure, resourcefulness, and creative problem solver  Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud (AI, INDD, PSP) and Figma Experience using Digital Asset Management and Content Management Systems Understanding of typography, knowledge of color, design sensibilities Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) Basic understanding of motion principles/animation software

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for benefits and equity.Hiring Compensation Range$640,000—$800,000 MXN
