This role will focus on producing high-quality design and artwork for various media and channels, ensuring that deliverables are accurate, brand-compliant, and ready for publication. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining a strong commitment to quality.We are helping to staff and develop a foundational in-house creative team for our client, and experience in building or contributing to such teams is highly preferred.Responsibilities: Utilize design, production, and illustration skills to create new and repurpose existing designs. Revise and update existing design deliverables to meet publication specifications. Handle proprietary and restricted documents with discretion and professionalism. Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and standards. Communicate effectively with leadership regarding workload and ability to deliver projects on time. Interpret and implement client changes during the proof cycle while maintaining design integrity. Qualifications: BA in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Basic understanding of image manipulation and re-touching principles. In-house creative agency experience is highly preferred. Skills: Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control. Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively. Strong written, oral, and listening communication skills. Analytical and organizational skills for task coordination and execution. Ability to collaborate professionally with internal teams and stakeholders.
