What you will enjoy doing Start / Stop the machine Performs parison controls.

 

Monitor Material control (weight distribution, regrind levels, watch tail lengths, etc.)

 

Performs regular quality control throughout the shift and visual quality checks.

 

Check process parameters like machine cycle time, mould cooling water temperature, process temperatures.

 

Weigh waste material/ lumps and record in daily production report. Prepare machine for mold change.

 

Ensures goods are produced in correct quantity and in accordance with agreed specifications.

 

Ensure rejected bottles are stored in rejection bin only.

 

Correctly record the details of bottles / caps packed (pallet no., destination, Qty, etc.) in the register and production report.

 

Report any deviation in the m/c operation or product to supervisor immediately

 

Assists Machine/Shift Supervisor/Mould change team with mold/color changes as needed

 

Maintain good housekeeping and 5’S’ in and around the machine and within department

 

 

Follow all Safety norms.

 

Control and monitor the contract labour in shifts.
