Summary: Seeking a Production Engineer with experience in aircraft completions, maintenance and manufacturing to manage the production process and recommend efficient processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Engineering, Business or related field

Three years of experience in aircraft completions, maintenance and/or components manufacturing

Knowledge of engineering practices related to the management of the production process

Ability to research, analyze and recommend efficient production processes through concepts regarding work-study, ergonomics, operation research etc.

Ability to read, understand and communicate technical information contained in aircraft maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings

Ability to troubleshoot problems by determining and following detailed action plans

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Project, Access and SharePoint

Must be able to function throughout the total facility (including up and down stairs)

Preferred Skills:

Fluent in French

Aeronautical experience

FAA Airframe and Power plant licenses

Leadership experience

Formal training in Lean/Continuous improvement

PMP Certification

Knowledge of Visual Basic
