PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible for daily and monthly inspections for assigned equipment.負責生產課內所屬之機械設備每日一級檢查及每月自動檢查。Responsible for incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.線內區域內之環境5S維護及機械設備5M之分配。Responsible for in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.負責產品之生產流程及其他生產事務之立即處理。Responsible for finished products by confirming specifications; conducting measurement tests; returning products for re-analysis.不合格品之管制及處理。Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into SAP system and generating COA.品質異常事件原因分析及矯正措施擬定。Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions; conducting instruments calibration and maintenance for all analysis instruments.稽核缺失（內稽、外稽、客戶稽核）之原因分析及矯正措施擬定及執行改善。To be responsible for maintaining, updating and implementing related ISO systems periodically, and to assist member any of AP staff on working procedures changes or review and submission of new procedures.負責作業之程序或SOP撰寫、審核及修訂。other duties assigned by supervisor其他主管交辦業務

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree graduates in Chemistry or Physics related fieldMust be hands-on and possess strong troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Proficient in English speaking and writingProficient in written and oral communication skillAble to work independently as well as in a team
