Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives is looking for a skilled and motivated PCBA Production Engineer to join our Production Engineering department. Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives is a market leader in developing and manufacturing state-of-the-art frequency converters and is one of the biggest electronics manufacturers in Denmark. The converters are produced in a make-to-order setup with very short lead time and a production with very high degree of automation and error proofing in all processes.

Job ResponsibilitiesAs a PCBA Production Engineer, you’ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring effective communication with customers, colleagues, and suppliers. You’ll combine hands-on problem-solving with innovative ideas to support and enhance production processes.
Specifically, you’ll be responsible for:
Leading process improvements by implementing. irreversible corrective actions for process issues and process capability challenges. Participating in and managing smaller departmental projects and cross-functional initiatives to support organizational objectives. Support prototyping of new designs and changes to existing. Background & SkillsWe’re looking for a structured and proactive professional who values quality and thrives in a dynamic environment. You approach tasks with curiosity and enthusiasm and are skilled at finding solutions and engaging cross-functionally. Additionally, you bring:
A background as a production engineer or equivalent, with experience in manufacturing. Knowledge of quality tools such as PPAP, MSA, calibration, PFMEA, and control plans. Strong problem-solving skills using tools like 8D, 5 Whys, and fishbone diagrams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
