The Production Engineer role is responsible for employing organizational solutions or devising solutions for complex customer needs, shaping new solution sets, and providing feedback. The role resolves technical and business incidents independently, coordinates changes, and oversees configuration management processes. The role leads recovery procedures, develops business continuity plans, and creates capacity design while influencing product/service changes.
