Mainly responsible for production electronic technical issues (MOT Electronic).

Perform the assembling, testing, trouble shooting and material management in electronic system level of CMM (controller, cable harness, servo motor and etc).Perform the function testing and trouble shooting in sub module level of CMM (controller, PCBA, cables, electronic module / component, DC motor, Tacho generator and etc).Perform the failure analyzing in system level of these fault electronic parts which are found during the production assembling and the incoming inspection.Provide the detail testing and analyzing results to production department for improving assembling process, and to quality department for supporting the complaint process.Support the electronic related ECO implement in system level of CMM. Include carrying out the solution in house and the reworking of ECO parts in house. Assist to RD team in the lab testing and prototype testing during the new project phase in and electronic parts sampling.Assist to RD team in the FAT testing, program updating and maintaining test unit. Inspecting, trouble shooting and feedback the failure during the FAT testing.Perfome the further inspection of electronic parts from customer complaint, provide the detail test results to support material supplier for testing, analyzing and repairing.Support the lab equipments setting up, maintaining, calibration and management.
