**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** 1. Strong technical skill & knowledge, know detail in the powder or packaging manufacturing process and manufacturing equipment to support plant in technical standard set up 2. Strong data analysis skill to identify any opportunity to continuously improve existing manufacturing process 3. Strong problem-solving skill to identify root cause and resolve issue encounter in manufacturing process 4. Proficient project management skill and able to lead high level operations projects i.e., capital more than RMB 100M, CIP project with annual saving more than USD50M etc. 5. Mainly focus in continuous improvement projects ie., powder loss, OEE, CIP, PMC,NPI, operations standardization, engineering project and so on **Experience** 1. Degree and above, and major in science, pharma, chemical, food engineering or related discipline 2. Manufacturing process experience or CI project management experience. Experience in dependently leading projects is preferred. 3. Good lean or 6 Sigma knowledge 4. Effective communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. 5. Good read, write, listen and speak in English and Mandarin. 6. Familiar in tools usage：PCS7, InfinityQS, Minitab, M-files, TrackWise 7. Good quality awareness and familiar with GMP & HACCP, FMEA, change control, validation 8. Good data analysis skill 9. Skillful of MS Power point, Excel and Visio 10.
