**What You'll Do:**
As a **Production Engineer II** , you'll be at the heart of driving continuous improvement in a Lean Manufacturing environment. You'll partner with a talented team of technicians, engineers, and production personnel to ensure seamless operations, including:
+ **Maximizing Production Uptime:** Address quality or material concerns that impact production efficiency.
+ **Designing and Maintaining Production Cells:** Develop manufacturing fixtures and ensure smooth operations.
+ **Driving Quality Improvements:** Collaborate with quality teams to identify root causes and reduce scrap through the Material Review Board.
+ **Engaging in Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work with production, product design, quality, purchasing, planning, product management, and lab teams.
+ **Leading Gross Margin Improvement Initiatives:** Enhance operational efficiency while reducing material and labor costs.
+ **Championing Change Management:** Enthusiastically adopt Scrum methodologies and foster a culture of innovation.
+ **Ensuring Product Excellence:** Oversee the quality of all products and test systems within your scope.
**What You'll Bring:**
We’re seeking motivated individuals with the following qualifications and skills:
+ **Educational Background:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
+ **Manufacturing Expertise:** At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ **Technical Aptitude:** Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to root cause analysis.
+ **Collaboration Skills:** Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across teams.
+ **Proficiency in Tools:** Advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills, and 3D CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred).
+ **Mindset:** Process-oriented with a keen sense of urgency, flexibility, and a commitment to challenging the status quo.

**Pay Details:** $32.00 to $40.00 per hour
